Neighbourhood safety

How safe is the neighbourhood?

Each card is a neighbourhood. Its score is the Ward Safety Index of the City electoral ward it lies in, or a weighted average where it spans more than one; the card names each ward and the other suburbs it covers. Scores and sub-scores run 0 to 10, higher is safer. A new set every day, in alphabetical order.

Pillar scores describe what kind of crime is the problem in an area; they are analyst decompositions of the ward score, not independent measurements.
