These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products (e-books, guides, downloadable content) offered through capetowndata.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• Digital Product: Content delivered electronically (PDF files, e-books)
• Customer: Natural or legal person placing an order
• Contract: Purchase agreement for digital products

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a binding offer. It is merely an invitation to place an order.

1. You place an order by clicking the purchase button and completing payment.
2. We send an order confirmation email with your invoice and download link.
3. The contract is concluded when you receive the confirmation email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through Stripe.

Payment is due immediately upon order. The download link is provided only after successful payment.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment:

• A download link is displayed on the confirmation page
• The download link is also sent to your email address
• Download links are valid for a limited time for security reasons

6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By checking the consent boxes during checkout, you:

1. Expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content
2. Acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code).

7. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

• Download and store the product on your personal devices
• Print a copy for personal use
• Use the interactive links within the product

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the product with third parties
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks
• Use for commercial purposes without written permission

8. Liability & Warranty

We are liable for defects according to statutory provisions. If a digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, missing content), we will provide a replacement.
